
Designing a franchise concept with legs is hard enough without worrying about the basics of work flow behind the service counter. It’s why Jamba Juice wanted to make sure it had a bulletproof store design prior to rolling it out to national franchise locations.
West Star realizes the importance of proper flow for restaurant designs, which is why we have a large prototype/concept room incorporated into our 90,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. The space allowed us to construct an entire Jamba Juice store ahead of time so their company could test flow and other design features before rollout.
