When Jack in the Box planned a national rollout of new Coca-Cola® Freestyle® touch-screen soda fountains, the company required additional custom stainless steel cabinetry to complete their restaurant installations. They also required a turnaround that was quick, even for the fast food business. Fortunately, Jack in the Box called West Star.

The fast food giant found that West Star needed less than half the typical lead time for a project of this size. It enabled Jack in the Box to start taking equipment orders from their restaurants within weeks. Thanks to our 90,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, West Star was also able to quickly scale up production to meet the customer’s deadline. The project specs are now archived so that future one-off orders can be produced at a moment’s notice.
